Make the path shorter by putting the game like this
“C:\Call of Duty Modern Warfare II‘
Step-by-step Instructions:
- Right click ‘_install.bat‘ from the game folder and Run it as Administrator.
- This installs all required files and settings.
- Double-click ‘MWII.exe‘ to launch the game.
- When the game reaches the “Connecting” screen:
- Press the ‘Esc‘ key.
- Then click on “Go Offline“.
- The game is now fully playable in offline mode!
💡 Bonus Tip:
Press the ‘END’ key on your keyboard during gameplay to enable the mission cheat.

the same issue i faced but there is only 2 things to do.
1st: Run Install.bat at run as administrator
2nd: Do not play with cod.exe it crash after 5 minutes, scroll down you will find MWII.exe this is what actually work just play and enjoy THANKS
