2. How to fix the sign-in error?

Method 1 (Works in most cases)

• Run CMD as Administrator
• Type this command and hit Enter: netsh winhttp reset proxy

Method 2

• Open the Windows search bar and type “Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security.”
• Go to Inbound Rules and look for any rules related to Big Ant – Cricket 24 or Cricket 24.
• If you find two rules, double-click each one and make sure “Allow the connection” is selected.
• Repeat the same in Outbound Rules.
• If you don’t find any related rules, you can try adding them manually.
